Glutathione is a master detoxifier and antioxidant, and many people are deficient in it! Not having enough glutathione slows down your detoxification system, which is imperative for good health and fat loss.  Is it best to take glutathione as a supplement, or to take the precursors (or building blocks) of glutathione?
