LOWER BODY STRUCTURAL BALANCE
3-day theory + practicalÂ
June 5th, 6th, & 7th, 2026
Swiss Strength (Unit F Moorside Rd, Winchester SO23 7RX, United Kingdom)
Theory in the Classroom | Application on the Gym Floor
This 3-day theory + practical seminar is designed for coaches, trainers, and practitioners who want a deeper more precise understanding of lower body structure, movement, and performance.
Rather than chasing exercises or protocols, this weekend is about seeing and assessing the body clearly – understanding how hips, knees, ankles, and feet interact, how structure influences function, and how to assess and program with intent, accuracy, and personalisation.
You’ll leave with a framework you can immediately apply to training, rehabilitation support, and long-term body composition and performance outcomes.
Topics Covered
âś…Â Functional anatomy of the lower body: hips, knees, and feet
âś… Deep musculature of the hips and their role in stability and movement
âś… Length-tension relationships and their impact on performance and injury risk
âś… Structural assessments and investigation (body reading)
âś… Programming strategies for structural balance

âś… Back-loaded structural balance
âś… Front-loaded structural balance
