Three full days of learning, thinking, and applying hypertrophy so you leave with context, clarity, and a tangible understanding of how hypertrophy can be utilised in your own training and with all the people you coach.

Rather than viewing muscle growth as a narrow outcome tied to specific rep ranges or set structures, you'll develop a framework that allows you to use hypertrophy as a versatile training adaptation. This means you'll be better equipped to solve problems - whether that's building strength, maintaining muscle mass while prioritising other qualities, or adjusting training intelligently across different ages, goals, and training histories.

You'll leave with a sharper eye for exercise selection and application, loading strategies, and understanding the appropriate use of intensifiers - knowing not just what to use, but when and why to use it.

The 6 training sessions over the 3 days will translate to better programming decisions and clearer explanations and expectations for clients - think less guess work and fewer dead ends.
